Sand Lake is a 6.5 mile hike in Wenatchee National Forest that will take about 4 hours to complete with Fido. This is a nice easy hike for all ages and abilities that leads to a pleasant swimming lake. You'll first pass by Deer lake, then meander through colorful meadows and pine forests, before arriving at this sandy lake.
