Meet Jade

Hey, I'm Jade! I'm a gorgeous young Dutch Shepherd Puppy! I'm lively, athletic, alert and an intelligent breed, I was originally used for herding other animals! I have an independent nature; I can sometimes have a mind of my own and tend to do what I like. I have plenty of drive, and endless energy, I could run all day if I wanted! My breed thrives on ongoing training, a few quick training sessions a day to make me think and earn will be oh so beneficial for everyone involved! Because of my breed, I require an experienced owner to continue my training and for ongoing management while I grow into a big strong girl. I'm not a German Shepherd, I'm a Dutch Shepherd! I came to the shelter as a wee puppy, I was raised with my siblings, now we are all grown up and ready to go on adventures of our own. Being in foster care with other dogs has increased my confidence and now I'm ready to take on the world, I will need to go home with another canine companion that meets my energy levels for company so you can leave the house when you need, and for a play buddy to help use up some of this puppy energy! I'll keep you on your toes as I'm into everything and love making mischief! I will need consistent, ongoing, positive training to keep me out of trouble, and help me to form that vital bond with you.
